It’s been a while since I’ve reminisced and recounted this journey, so this will be a blessing to share with our community once recorded. The 108 Talisman was the original offering before clothing was created. This was elemental for One Golden Thread to ground the mission in something tangible beyond the Golden Thread. Self-love represents the 1, a circle of shared love represents the O, and an infinite healthy planet represents the 8. This piece was created in sacred partnership with the incredible jewelry alchemist Maor Cohen, who I am eternally grateful to co-create and bring this to life. Other artisans since that first creation have continued to craft, and we offer this currently limited batch both in antique brass and matte black ceramic.

Origins, Continued…
A new brand fan in our store asked why we tie every article of clothing with a Golden Thread and why there is a Golden Thread weaving through every article of clothing. It reminded me that not everyone in our growing OGT community knows our origin story.
One Golden Thread didn’t begin as a clothing company—it started in 2016 as a social experiment. I traveled the world, tying golden threads around wrists as a reminder: we are all golden inside, and together we weave a unified story. The vision evolved naturally into a long-held dream: to design what I couldn't find for myself - the world's perfect tee. I created clothing imbued with the same Golden Thread, running through every piece. It became a way to embody connection—not just on our wrists, but on our bodies. My favorite thing? Hearing stories of strangers recognizing each other, walking up to each other and saying “One Golden Thread?”, connecting on shared understanding, knowing they see the world through the same golden lens. You are all one golden community; we are honored to weave that tapestry.
