Dear Golden One,
My mother was the punniest person I've ever known. She had a masterful way of taking words apart and conjoining them to create something cleverly new, yet deeply illustrative and introspective. In smiling memory of the one who brought me into this world, and inspired my own unleashed creativity, I offer a new word.
As we enter this season of letting go, feel into what Spacience may mean to you, and how we navigate our human experience together.
What is spacience to me? It’s the spaciousness within patience—the breath we take when we feel triggered, the moment we create to breathe into compassion for ourselves and others. It’s stepping beyond our own preferences, releasing the need to react, and instead choosing to accept, forgive, and stay in the vibration of love, no matter the chaos swirling around us. Yes, even as the world feels like a chaotic carnival ride with no seatbelts, there is space to breathe, to love, and to be.
So be spacient with yourself. In your relationships. I'm reminded that every trigger is an invitation to learn, to expand, and to heal—both for ourselves and for the planet. This is how we rise, even in this season as the leaves fall.
