Structure meets movement.

The Mod begins with how fabric feels and moves on the body.

Long-staple GOTS-certified organic cotton grounds the silhouette with substantial, soft structure. Fluid TreeSilk™ panels cascade down the outer leg, bringing stretch, movement, and dimension.

One gives the pant its grounding.
The other gives it motion.

Together, they create the Mod’s signature liquid line.

Substance meets movement.
Structure meets ease. 
Fashioned by nature.

FEELING:

Substantial without feeling heavy.

Easy without looking lounge.

Relaxed without swallowing the body.

Sexy without being tight.

There’s space between the pant and the body — and somehow that space creates more swagger, not less.

The cotton gives the Mod its grounding. The TreeSilk™ gives it movement.

Standing still, you see the silhouette.

Start walking and the pant reveals itself. The paneling moves. The leg opens. The liquid line comes alive.

It’s the kind of pant you pull warm from the dryer and somehow never get around to putting back in the drawer.

Machine wash cold with similar colors.

For mineral-washed colors, wash with like colors, particularly during the first washes.

And yes — put them in the dryer.

Tumble dry low for everyday care and to best preserve the intended fit and feel.

Natural fibers may experience some additional shrinkage with increased heat, and results can vary.

Wash. Low dry. Pull warm from the dryer. Put back on body. Repeat.

For the last 10 years, I’ve been thinking about the concept and construct of OGT Post Cool™.

The spaces.
The places.
The pieces.
The humans.

The ones that simply don’t try.

There’s something magnetic about that energy. Nothing performed. Nothing overworked. Nothing reaching for approval.

Not trying. Just is.

Those words came into my consciousness years ago, and I’ve been dreaming ever since of designing a piece that could fully embody that feeling.

The Mod Pant is the epitome.

There’s confidence in it before you even take a step. The silhouette relaxes through the upper thigh, then opens subtly through the lower leg into a long, almost liquid line.

Then you move.

The TreeSilk™ panels cascade down the outside leg and the entire silhouette begins to come alive.

There’s a little memory of another era in it, but no nostalgia. It feels entirely now — maybe even a little after now.

And, as with everything One Golden Thread, simplicity is only the first read.
