Join us at the OGT Oasis for a collective moment of pause, presence, and reconnection.
Through guided breathwork, meditation, and live sound, we'll soften the noise of the mind, expand space for clarity, and gently attune the nervous system to a more harmonious rhythm. Together, we will breathe, we will settle, and we will come back into coherence. The meditations will emphasize integrating five healthy breathing qualities as referred to in the Vishoka meditation tradition. The awareness and application of these qualities are foundational tools for any meditation practice, as well as life.
We will close with tea and quiet integration, allowing the practices to steep and settle within.

It's ultra-soft, stretchable, and breathable, with a "second skin" feel in Jersey weight and a plush, cashmere-like hand in French Terry. The reversible French Terry version even offers a built-in temperature swing: wear the fuzzy side in for warmth, or flip to the smooth side to stay cool.

Orders over $200 ship free within the US. Returns are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached, as long as the return package is sent into transit within 15 days of your order delivery date. Orders returned after 15 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
