Be seen. Be heard. Be held.

Sundays are for slowing down, reconnecting, and filling your cup before the week ahead. HELD Sunday Sessions offer a soothing, social and supportive space to unwind and be uplifted – like a deep exhale before beginning your week.

Rooted in social wellness, each session blends mindfulness, somatic practices, and authentic connection exercises designed to help you feel grounded, present, and nourished. Whether you come for the calming energy, the meaningful interactions, or simply to be in community, you’ll leave feeling lighter, seen, and held.

For the remainder of February, join us for this weekly ritual and start your week feeling more connected – to yourself and those around you.

Space is limited – reserve your spot today.

The OGT Oasis is the newly created restorative respite from the buzz of the outside world. An outdoor zen lounge on Abbot Kinney designed for patrons to deepen their relaxation & connection to self, others & spirit, this experiential melting pot designed in collaboration between One Golden Thread & TRAUM CDMX, a transcendent space & place designed to discover something new. From wellness, to conversations, to tea sits beside a Japanese Maple Tree, to celebrations, our intent is to gather and bring community vibes back to Abbot Kinney. Adjunct to the front-of-house One Golden Thread experiential retail store, The Oasis “outdoor loving room” shall host a variety of bespoke events, including fireside talks, golden hour musical performances, and well-being sessions, providing a container for community engagement and enrichment to thrive.
