We'll begin with warm tea upon arrival, allowing the body and mind to settle. Then we’ll incorporate intentional movement, guided breath work, and somatic practices to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

As the experience unfolds, you’ll surrender into a deeply restorative sound journey featuring the healing frequencies of singing bowls and the angelic vocals of Ezrah Divine. Layered together, these elements create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and energetic harmony.

This time is carved out just for you. It’s a chance to receive rather than give, to rest rather than do, and to experience the profound beauty of simply being all while bringing your body back to balance.
