ZANTI Society x The Oasis | ELEVATE Series Launch
ELEVATE HOUR | SOULFUL SUNDAYS with NISH FOX

Sunday morning body, mind + soul service

A soulful Sunday morning ritual blending yoga inspired movement, breathwork, and sound activation to awaken the body, clear the mind, and elevate your energy.

Strengthen. Breathe. Release. Receive.

A full body, mind, and spirit reset designed to leave you feeling grounded, energized, connected, and lit up from the inside out.

9:45 – 10:00 AM | Set up your cozy, comfortable space + settle in

Come comfortable and ready to settle in. Please bring a yoga or meditation mat, a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you create a cozy, nurturing space for yourself.

10:00 - 11:00 AM | ELEVATE HOUR Movement + Breathwork + Sound Activation

Think of this as your Sunday morning recalibration. Movement for the body, breath for the nervous system, sound for the soul.

We’ll build heat, strength and presence through yoga inspired movement, then drop deeper with guided breathwork and immersive sound activation designed to clear stagnant energy and open up space for whatever wants to come through.

It’s part workout, part ritual, part energetic reset.

Come move. Come breathe. Come shake off the week. Come remember what it feels like to be fully inside your own life.

You’ll leave stronger, clearer, softer, more awake and very likely a little more magnetic. ✨

11:00 AM | Tea + shop

Stay for tea connection, and browse the OGT earthwear collection.

A golden promotion code will be provided for shopping at the OGT store.

Parking: Street parking and nearby parking lots are available. Please allow a little extra time to find parking and make your way to the OGT Oasis so you can arrive feeling relaxed and unhurried.
