Returns

Returns are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached, as long as the return package is sent into transit within 15 days of your order delivery date. Orders returned after 15 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Free Exchanges 

We are happy to provide a complimentary exchange or return for store credit within 30 days of delivery, using a prepaid return label on us! Items must be unworn with original tags attached. 

Discounted Order Policy

Orders or items discounted at over 20% off retail prices are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Refund Details 

Within one to two weeks of receiving your return we will inspect it, process your refund, exchange, or store credit, and notify you via email. If returning the entire order for a refund to your payment method, our actual cost of shipping and processing (rounded down to $11 for orders under $150, or $18 for orders over $150) will be deducted from the refund (this does not apply for exchanges or store credit). Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Expedited shipping costs chosen by the customer are non-refundable. 

International Return / Exchange

Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. We are unable to provide return labels or offer free international exchanges, but we are able to offer you a store credit for the returned items' value for you to place a new order on our site. 

International Taxes and Duties

Any applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping in the event of international returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package.
