  • At least 8 years of work experience in online marketing and Fashion
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Facebook/Instagram Paid, Klaviyo E-mail, and Google Analytics (Tiktok a plus)
  • Proven experience creating and executing online marketing campaigns with paid, organic and email/sms marketing
  • Experience building and running personalized inbound/outbound marketing campaigns to drive consistent sales revenue growth.
  • Los Angeles based (at least most of the time)


  • Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products & features
  • Work directly with the Founder to translate vision & strategy into tangible gold
  • Take full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition & retention programs, and execute on Brand partnerships and retail popups
  • Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our audiences
  • Represent the voice of the Patron within the organization, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, production and executive leadership
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of internal / external marketing resources across a broad set of functions including lifecycle marketing, paid marketing, content, and brand
  • Nurture existing relationships with key partners and agencies, aligning on mutual goals and driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing efforts
  • Identify talent needs, hire and to build & manage a high-performing integrated marketing team
