Join us for an evening of conscious connected breathwork under the Full Moon.

This experience is an invitation to reconnect with the most powerful healing tool you already have: your breath.

Together with Talia, participants will be guided through a 3-part conscious connected breath, inspired by pranayama yoga. The practice helps quiet the thinking mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space to reconnect with the heart.

As oxygen levels shift and the nervous system responds, many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or connection. 

Throughout the journey, Talia will invite participants to set a personal intention: something they are ready to release under the Full Moon, or something they are ready to welcome into their lives.

This evening offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself through the breath, the body, and the present moment.
