Our founder & designer Jeff Scult is incessantly on the lookout for artisans who share our golden values of craftsmanship, ethics, & functionality –  with epic style. 

While traveling in Portugal this past Spring, Jeff happened upon a craft faire in Lisbon and met two jovial Portuguese artisans who also were devoted to creating vegan solutions to everyday elementals.

Oakwell and One Golden Thread an Excellent Collaboration

Interestingly, I've been recently shopping for a new wallet and was intrigued by Oakwall. I not only was drawn to the minimalist design/style. I appreciated that they are handmade in Portugal using ancient techniques and craftsmanship.

So for me the timing of an Oakwall & One Golden Thread collaboration made the decision even easier.
