One Golden Thread, the globally cherished eco-fashion e-commerce brand dedicated to fostering a “lovestyle” with regenerative principles for mindful minimalists, is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of its flagship experiential retail space and The Oasis, its accompanying outdoor zen lounge at 1216 Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice Beach, California, set to open mid-May 2024. This groundbreaking retail concept represents a departure from conventional retail by creating immersive experiences and facilitating genuine connections, paying homage to the brand's original ethos established in 2016.
The innovative retail concept puts OGT's distinctive clothing experience at the forefront, offering patrons the opportunity to experience regenerative craft luxury in person. The flagship space showcases the brand, accented by a bespoke and curated selection of craft elements, blending Eastern and Western influences. Patrons can enjoy meaningful conversations and drop into the present moment while shopping in a sanctuary designed to foster relaxation and connection.
OGT's refreshed retail experience also includes a "check-out" speakeasy room where patrons are offered restorative tea and the opportunity to receive a golden thread blessing, embodying the brand’s commitment to human connection to revitalize their worlds.
The modular setup extends to The Oasis outdoor zen lounge, inviting patrons to deepen respite. The Oasis's event programming shall include talks, gatherings, acoustic musical performances during golden hour, as well as well-being events aimed at fostering expansion, warmth, and joy. Ticketed guests will indulge in unlimited premium Chinese tea blends and seasonal elixir specials, enhancing the welcoming experience.
Created through a collaboration between OGT visionary Jeff Scult and experiential creator of spaces and places Juan Pablo Heredia, known for his work with TRAUM || Craft • Tea • Ritual in Mexico City, this unique retail partnership showcases One Golden Thread's elemental clothing collection alongside Juan Pablo’s exquisite elemental jewelry line, EKAM Atelier. Together, these offerings are crafted to unveil one’s golden spirit.
